Selected work

Problems like yours. Work that finished.

These are representative engagements - the kinds of constraints we take, written plainly. Client names remain private.

01 · Retail · Innovation

Price from a photograph

The constraint

Quotes depended on someone eyeballing a container or asking the customer to guess ounces.

What changed

The quote happens where the customer is.

What we did

A mobile estimator that reads a photo, calculates volume, and turns it into an order - plus the catalog and checkout behind it.

Plants on one ERP

The constraint

Manufacturing facilities in Germany, Mexico, and China needed to use different ERPs and come onto a shared operations and financial ecosystem, with the controls the business requires.

What changed

Fewer errors in the warehouse, and a cleaner path from component to finished product to shipment.

What we did

Onboarded the plants to the ERP, built in the necessary controls, and used barcode technology with scan guns to automate how inventory moves throughout the world.

03 · Recruiting · Innovation

Steady State

The constraint

Small recruiting firms were running the desk across a pile of tools - resumes in email, pipelines in spreadsheets, sourcing in another tab, and no single picture of fit.

What changed

Finding, scoring, and placing people lives in one system a small team can actually run.

What we did

Partnered with an Industry SME to architect and engineer an AI-native applicant-tracking and sourcing platform: resume parsing, job-fit scoring, Goal agents that assemble lists, AI-backed search, outreach, and a public careers site, with candidate and company pipelines in one place.

04 · Websites · Integrations & Insights

A website that fits the business

The constraint

Businesses need a website that looks like them and helps customers take the next useful step.

What changed

A website that feels right for the company and works with the way the business actually runs.

What we did

We work with each business to find the right style, functionality, and connected tools - from a clear public presence to practical content, inquiry, and reporting workflows.

05 · Mobile · Innovation

A shop in the customer's pocket

The constraint

A retail catalog, class calendar, cart, and account lived on a website or at the counter. Customers who wanted to browse or order from a phone had no dedicated app.

What changed

Customers shop, book, and check orders from one app on their phone.

What we did

A customer mobile app that other retailers and service businesses can use: live catalog, cart and checkout, class booking, order history, and an account.

If a public case study with a named client would help your board, we can discuss that in a conversation.
